Delta Air Lines is looking for a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Washington, D.C., US. - Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to Delta Air Lines customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to resolve issues
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance to senior management
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in customer service management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
