What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage project budgets and oversee subcontractors
? Develop scopes of work for subcontracts and negotiate buyouts
? Lead and coordinate all design efforts for projects
? Generate and maintain project schedules in designated software
? Conduct remote and onsite audits of documentation and work by site staff and subcontractors

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Graduate of a four or five-year accredited college program in Engineering or Architecture
? Licensed Engineer or Architect
? 15 years of experience managing construction projects
? 5 years of experience managing projects near $1M each or greater
? Proficiency in Procore, RMS, and Microsoft Office

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience leading proposal development process of Task Order RFPs
? Ability to troubleshoot and navigate through contracting and subcontracting issues
? Strong negotiation skills
? Proficiency in construction management software
? Experience managing complex, multiple projects simultaneously
