Responsibilities
? Enter and update operational data related to furnace systems, maintenance logs, and customer information into the company's database or software systems.
? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries, performing regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
? Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and supervisors to clarify data entry requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and information security.
? Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
? Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for data entry and management.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
