Benefits Technology Administration Associate

Description:
? Configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool
? Develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value
? Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
? Retrieve web-based data
? Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format
? Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customer?s workflow needs
? User interface testing and data validation
? Serve as the BenAdmin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation
? Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions
? Ensure the protection and security of a consumer?s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner
? Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform
? Meet or exceed department goals as defined
? Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements: ? Current life and health insurance... license, preferred ? 2 years? work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred
