Data Entry Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and organizing data with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: ? Input and update data into our database system ? Verify accuracy of data by reviewing and comparing source documents ? Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic documents ? Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency ? Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors ? Generate data reports as needed ? Maintain confidentiality of all data and information ? Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience in data entry or related field
? Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent organization and time management skills
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and in a team setting
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Experience with data entry software a plus
