Senior Digital Media Buyer

We are seeking a Senior Digital Media Buyer with over 4 years of experience in digital media buying and ad serving on the Google Platform to join our team. This is an on-site position for local candidates only.

Overview

In this role, you will independently execute display and native media buys in a fast-paced environment through Meta. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience launching, running, and analyzing digital media campaigns on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to review and finalize marketing goals, strategies, and media objectives.

Monitor search campaign spending to ensure it aligns with KPIs, identifying and optimizing any issues.

Manage broader relationships and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Assist other departments with implementing new strategies, building concept proposals, and developing new verticals.

Compile platform data for reporting using various internal and web-based tools.

Prepare for tracking and monitoring KPIs.

Stay updated on all ad platform rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Conduct deep dive media analyses to audit campaigns, identify problems and opportunities, and prepare actionable recommendations.

Fiscal Responsibilities

Ensure media budgets and vendor placements are accurate, preventing negative budget impacts.

Accurately track and attribute all fees, margins, costs, and digital spend internally and within platform UI.

Experience And Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

3+ years' experience in media buying and Google Ads Manager.

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.

Experience in a fast-paced environment and with troubleshooting and analysis.

Experience with advertising in the health industry.

Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly budgets.

Ability to execute campaigns accurately and on time with high accountability.

Ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Strong analytical skills to interpret, report, and optimize strategy based on metrics.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, ad trafficking, reporting, and pixel strategy.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills in-person, via email, and through remote video conferencing.

Technical Knowledge

Google Analytics, DCM, Google Ad Certifications or relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Qlik.
